Newly promoted Milford FC have received a major boost after midfielder Kamva Shinta was called up to the South Africa Under-23 squad for the upcoming Olympic Games qualifiers.
Shinta has been selected for the national team’s training camp, which will run from 1 to 6 July as preparations begin for the Olympic qualifying campaign.
The player has been instructed to report to SAFA House on Wednesday, with the camp concluding on Monday.
The 2028 Olympic Games will be held in Los Angeles, United States, from 14 to 30 July.
